In this STRIVE workshop, Bryan Salerno, owner of Jersey’s Cards & Comics LLC, will help you create an in-store customer encounter that will outshine a typical online shopping experience.

He will help you understand the often blurry line between customer service and sales. He will also show you how to add powerful and proven, yet often underused, techniques of empathy and negotiation to increase your percentages of success in all of your face-to-face encounters with your current and potential customers.

About Bryan Salerno

Bryan Salerno has been working in retail sales and customer service since 1991. He began working retail management in 1999, and four years later, he became the owner of Jersey’s Cards and Comics, LLC. Through his leadership and desire to grow the business, Jersey’s has expanded to multiple locations, an online sales office, and a stellar e-commerce presence with top rankings in sales, customer service, and reputation across several online platforms. Since 2019, Bryan has been mentoring other business owners and entrepreneurs with a focus on sales negotiation, customer service, management, and leadership. With a firm belief that education and betterment are lifelong endeavors, and a strong desire to help others find success, Bryan is happy to share everything he has learned from his almost 30 years as a retailer.

Bryan is a military “brat” who has lived in the Hampton Roads peninsula since 1989. He is most proud to be a husband of 21 years and a father of his three daughters and his son.
