The Retailer of the Year awards is conducted annually and open to anyone to nominate the business (including their own) they feel has the best Customer Service, Innovation, Growth, Community Service, and Profitability. The decision on winners is not made by a popularity vote. It is conducted by a non-partial independent judging panel using results of mystery shops which makes it a fairer, impartial process to determine deserving winners. As with other years, there is no cost associated with the nomination process.
