The Retailer of the Year awards is conducted annually and open to anyone to nominate the business (including their own) they feel has the best Customer Service, Innovation, Growth, Community Service, and Profitability. The decision on winners is not made by a popularity vote. It is conducted by a non-partial independent judging panel using results of mystery shops which makes it a fairer, impartial process to determine deserving winners.
Nominations are now closed, but we encourage everyone to attend. If you want to get a huge discount on tickets, get in early and buy now! Tickets are only $50 until April 20 then the price increases to $65 per ticket.
