Mystery / Secret Shopping

Your employees and their interaction with your customers are as important as the quality of your inventory. Poor customer service, lack of attention to detail or sloppy work can not only cost your business a sale, but also tarnish your business’ reputation. Your business may operate to your standards while you are in the store, but what happens when you are not there?

Retail Alliance offers one discounted Mystery Shop annually as a member benefit, conducted by independently certified mystery shoppers. These are discounted to $50 for members. If additional shops are required, the cost will be $100 each. For non-members, the cost is $150 for each mystery shop.
